Why are We Performing this Upgrade?
Moving to a more modern infrastructure gives us more flexibility to accommodate each client's particular mail requirements, which will improve our capacity to cater to your demands. The features include expanded webmail services, bigger storage allocations, anti-virus and anti-phishing protection, spam filtration that is better, upgraded calendar functionality, and more reliability.
How will this Impact Your Services?
Although we do not anticipate any major interruptions to your services. we may have a short down time for about 1 (one) to 4 (four) hours at maximum during the system upgrade IP pointing. There will be no loss of email messages.
When Will this Maintenance Period Occur?
Scheduled mail server upgrade will commence on Saturday June 17, 2023 at around 8PM
